We remind you that the products offered in our store are made according to the user's specification and are clearly personalised. The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to the supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.
Users have the right to cancel an order only in the following circumstances:
1- If we have not been able to deliver the order for reasons attributable to www.mymagicstory.com.
2- In the case of defective products, as soon as the defect has been discovered (taking into account that the product must be examined as soon as possible after delivery). If an order is cancelled under conditions 1 or 2, we will be held responsible for all costs (including initial delivery and re-delivery charges, if applicable, of the order in question).
Notifications that imply a wish to cancel an order should be sent by email to admin@mymagicstory.com. In the cases that are due to condition 2, you can contact us, via email admin@mymagicstory.com or by post, at the following address: c/ Bertrellans 4, Pral. 2ª. 08002 Barcelona (Spain).
Guarantees
If a product is defective, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair the product, replace it, reduce the price or terminate the contract. These measures will be free of charge for consumers and users. The seller is liable for faults that become apparent within three years of delivery.
